Arnold Jacobson, MD, was one of the first specialists to innovate IVF in the San Francisco Bay Area. He attended Brandeis University and the New York University School of Medicine, and had his OB/GYN residency training at Harvard in Boston and at Highland Hospital in Oakland. Since then, he has pursued specialized training in IVF, microsurgical tubal reconstruction, laser pelviscopy surgery and endocrinology at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.

Dr Jacobson is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
