Robert Jansen
Fertility Expert![]()
Robert Jansen is the author of a book that sets out to equip readers with information their doctor will have (or should have!) given. Dr. Jansen is a professor in reproductive medicine and surgery at the University of Sydney, and for six years chaired the RE subspecialty in Australia. He loves teaching, and the seven years it took to write Overcoming Infertility was a passionate project, presenting clinical facts in a very readable form ... an effort rewarded when the publisher brought his book out under the authoritative imprint of Scientific American Books. The book is now also widely used in colleges. His Web site has a fully searchable glossary of around 1000 reproductive terms. He has a private practice in Sydney, where he is also medical director of Sydney IVF.
