"I believe travel is a personal experience. One person's favorite vacation is another's nightmare. I like to get to know my guest's likes and dislikes. Do they have children? Are they single? Are they partial to tropical climates or cooler climates? What type of activities do they like? This way I can make sure they get their own individual dream vacation."

James Brannon has been in the travel business for more than 10 years. He's worked for Walt Disney Travel, opening offices for them in Europe, for (at one time) Disneyland Paris. Currently he is the manager of Universal Travel Services, which he started with two partners in 1994. He has traveled extensively – Brannon has a passion for traveling! He has friends he visits in Sweden, Germany, France and the Netherlands.

Brannon has certifications from CLIA (Cruise Line International Association), ARC (Airline Reporting Corporation), IATAN (International Airlines Travel Agent Network), STAR (Scandinavian Travel Agent Reward), Princess Cruise lines "Cruise Expert," Marriott HSS (Hotel Sales Specialist), and NBT (Netherlands Board of Tourism).
