Name of Product: 13-foot Square Trampolines
Distributor: Skywalker Holdings LLC, of Brigham City, Utah. They were manufactured in China.
Hazard: The straps supporting the top of the trampoline's enclosure to the poles
can fail. The enclosure could drop if these straps break, posing a risk that a
user could fall from the trampoline.
Incidents/Injuries: Skywalker Holdings has received at least 250 reports of straps breaking. No injuries have been reported.
Description: This recall involves the Skywalker Holdings 13-foot Square Trampoline and Enclosure Combo. The unit has blue spring pads, a black net enclosure and a jumping mat. "Skywalker Holdings" is printed on a label located under the jumping mat and on the enclosure net.
Sold at: Specialty stores and major retailers nationwide and online from January 2007 through February 2009 for between $400 and $600.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the trampolines and contact Skywalker Holdings to obtain a free repair kit.

Hazard: The recalled bicycle's fork can lose alignment causing the front wheel
to turn unexpectedly. This can cause the rider to lose control of the bicycle
and crash. No incidents or injuries have been reported.
Description: The recall involves model year 2008 Cannondale Adventure 2, Adventure 3, Adventure 2 Feminine and Adventure 3 Feminine bicycles. The model name is printed on the bicycle's frame. The bicycles have a suspension fork with the words "cannondale AT35 adventure trail" printed on them. Bicycles equipped with the Rock Shox i-ride fork are not included in the recall.
Sold at: Cannondale bicycle dealers from February 2009 through April 2009 for between $600 and $800.
Remedy: Consumers should stop riding the recalled bicycles immediately and contact their dealer to arrange for a free repair.

Hazard: The recalled bicycle's fork can lose alignment causing the front wheel to turn unexpectedly. This can cause the rider to lose control of the bicycle and crash. There have been four reports of misaligned forks. No injuries have been reported.
Description: The recall involves model year 2009 Trek 7300, 7300WSD and 7500
bicycles. The model name is printed on the bicycle's frame. The bicycles have
a suspension fork with the words "Bontrager SPA" printed on them.
Sold at: Trek bicycle dealers nationwide from August 2008 through April 2009 for between $640 and $940.
Remedy: Consumers should stop riding the recalled bicycles immediately and contact their dealer to arrange for a free repair.

Name of Product: Norco Bicycle Frames
Manufacturer: Norco Performance Bikes, of British Columbia, Canada. They were manufactured in Taiwan.
Hazard: The bicycle frame can crack and separate, causing a rider to fall from
the bicycle and suffer injuries.
Incidents/Injuries: Norco has received one report of a rider who fractured their collar bone after falling from the bicycle.
Description: The recalled bicycle frames include the following model year and model names: 2007 Team DH, 2008 Team DH, Aline Park, Aline, Atomik, Shore 1,2,3, 2009 Atomik (without gussets). All colors are included in the recall and the model name is printed on a decal on the top tube of each frame/bike.
Sold at: Various bicycle distributors nationwide from September 2006 through February 2009 for between $2,000 and $7,000.
Remedy: All owners should immediately stop using the bicycle frame and contact a local Norco dealer or Norco directly for information regarding receiving a possible replacement frame.

Name of Product: 2008 model year Dahon and REI Novara Folding Bicycles
Importers: Dahon California Inc., of Duarte, Calif., and Recreational Equipment Inc. (REI), of Kent, Wash.
Hazard: The hinge on the handlepost can crack, posing a fall hazard.
Incidents/Injuries: There have been 25 reports of the handlepost hinge on these bicycles cracking, including one minor injury involving scrapes and bruises.
Description: This recall involves model year 2008 Dahon and REI Novara folding bicycles. The models included in the recall are as follows:
Dahon: Ciao P8, Curve D3, Curve SL, Glide P8, Jetstream P8, Mu P8, Mu P24, MU SL, Mu XL Sport, Vitesse D7 HG, Speed D7, Speed P8, Speed TR, Speed Pro TT, Mariner D7
REI: Novara Buzz FlyBy and FlyBy Shuttle

The words "Dahon" or "Novara" and the model name are printed on the bicycle. Hinges with an "R" embossed on the face of the upper handlepost hinge and/or a "Radius Handlepost" sticker on the handlepost are not included in the recall.
Sold by: Authorized Dahon California dealers and REI stores nationwide from March 2008 through April 2009 for between $430 and $1,300.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop riding these bicycles and contact any Dahon California dealer or REI store for a free inspection and repair.

Name of Product: Skinner Knife Sheaths
Distributor: Browning, of Morgan, Utah and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, of Missoula, Mont. They were manufactured in China.
Hazard: The knife can cut through the sheath because there is no blade guard
in the sheath. This poses a laceration hazard to consumers. No incidents or injuries
have been reported.
Description: The recall involves the Browning and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation co-branded skinner knife sheath (model 322087). The sheath is black with the "Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation" logo stitched on the front. The packaging is black and yellow with "Browning" printed on the side and the model number printed above the UPC. No other Browning or Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation products are included in this recall.
Sold to: The sheath and knife were given away as a promotional item for new membership in the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation from November 2008 through April 2009.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using the sheath immediately and discard it. Consumers with the recalled sheath will be notified directly and will be sent a new one free of charge.

Hazard: These ATVs lack front brakes, a tire pressure gauge and padding to cover
the sharp edges on the handlebar assembly, which could pose a risk of injury to
young riders. No incidents or injuries have been reported.
Description: This recall involves FXSA 002A-90cc. The size 90cc youth ATV comes in a variety of colors such as black, red, blue, yellow, green, pink, tan camo, blue camo, army camo, green camo leaf camo, pink camo and yellow/black.
Sold by: Fushin dealerships and online nationwide from October 2005 through May 2006 for between $250 and $350.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using them immediately and contact their local dealer to schedule a free repair. Registered owners have been notified about this recall by mail.

Hazard: The insulation of the electrical cord for the engine and battery heaters can fail during cold temperatures, posing an electric shock hazard to consumers. No incidents or injuries have been reported.
Description: This recall involves model year 2009 Polaris IQ WIDETRAK snowmobiles
with the engine block or battery heaters directly installed. Model number S09PU7ES
is printed on the right side of the tunnel below the seat. This recall also involves
Polaris accessory engine block heaters and battery heaters.
Sold by: Polaris dealers nationwide from January 2008 through January 2009 for between $70 and $80. The WIDETRAK snowmobiles were sold from April 2008 through February 2009 for about $8,400.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the engine block heater or battery heater, and contact any Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. Polaris has notified registered consumers directly about this recall.

Hazard: The front fork inner tube on the off-road motorcycles can crack and separate from the fork axle, posing a risk of injury or death to the operator.
Incidents/Injuries: None reported. This recall is being conducted to prevent possible injuries.
Description: This recall involves model year 2009 KTM off-road motorcycles. The model name and KTM™ logo are located on the right and left shrouds. The following models are included in this recall:

300XC-W – Orange/Black
Sold by: KTM dealers nationwide from December 2008 through April 2009 for between
$6,000 and $8,000.

Hazard: The cups can break if hit, posing a risk of serious injury hazard to
athletes.
Incidents/Injuries: Under Armour has received five reports of cups breaking, including an injury involving cuts and bruising.
Description: This recall involves all athletic cups that have the Under Armour logo, including adult, teen and youth sizes. The cups were sold individually and as part of a set with compression, slider or jock shorts.
Sold at: Sporting good stores and Under Armour outlets nationwide and at www.underarmour.com from January 2006 through March 2009 for about $15.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the athletic cup and contact Under Armour for a $20 voucher for use online or at any Under Armour specialty or outlet store.
