LOL! Of course I'll respond to you! I said I would always call you on your BS! Again, try to keep up her Jules. Why do you have such a problem with me and Cherokee? You want to try to knock us down a notch! You ARE repressed. EEUUWW.
You set your own parameters...you would not respond to us if we were not being pleasant. That is what you said! Keep it straight. Remember "I know your children...I know where you live...?" I have not forgotten, nor will I let you or anybody else forget. I will dog you constantly you stalking, crazy, nut! You don't have $20 of your own to be gambling with anyway...you should be paying back the taxpayers who have supported you and your lazy husband.

Cynthia ~ We did try. He's worked there for 3 years and they ALWAYS had year long open enrollment for medical insurance. The secretary who fills out the info when you apply didn't even know that the enrollment conditions had changed.
Cherokee ~ While I'm sure that we could fight this insurance thing legally, if we tried my husband would probably be fired. Other than this, my husband's work is awesome. We wouldn't want to do anything to ruin the best job he's ever had.

FOR THE LAST AND FINAL TIME I WILL EXPLAIN TO EVERYONE THAT SARAJ AND I ARE TWO SEPERATE PEOPLE! MAYBE ONE DAY GOD WILL SHOW YOU PEOPLE WHAT A POINTLESS WASTE OF TIME THIS FORUM IS! LISTEN TO CHRIS (WHO IS NOT ME) BECAUSE SHE MAKES A DAMN GOOD POINT! ALL MY "GAMES" WERE MY WAY OF TRYING TO SHOW YOU PEOPLE WHAT A POINTLESS CHARADE THIS ENTIRE FORUM IS. APPARENTLY MY DRAMAS DIDN'T SHOW YOU ANYTHING. IT'S MADE ALL OF YOU EVEN WORSE! I AM NOT SARAJ, CYNTHIA, OR CHRIS!
IPARENTING, GET A FREAKIN' CLUE AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BOARD! YOU OBVIOUSLY DON'T GIVE A CRAP!

Julie- Why don't you just have your husband demand to use his insurance, since they didn't explain that to him.It never hurts to try.

It could have been A lot of people. I am pretty sure no one gets "banned" from this forum. When I emailed I Parenting , they just agreed with me that things were getting out of hand and that something may be done soon. I didn't probe too far, that was all I needed.

My boyfriend in college had an old Chevy Van~O.K. you all have the song in your head right? Anyway, we used to park in an access road to this cornfield out in the middle of nowhere. We got caught by a guy Raccoon Hunting. Actually, we got caught by his hound dog...anyway...My BF dropped me back off at my dorm, and he had his shirt on inside out.

Hey you might all want to re read Julies post. She sure sounds like Saraj. No really she was talking to Angela about her being on welfare and her DH being lazy, and weren't you all saying that saraj's DH was named Chris? And "julie" talks about us thinking her DH was posting. Or am I confused here?

Thursday, February 19, 2004 at 16:40:29 (EST)

"Well look what the trash dragged in...."
Beat it. You are Chris aren't you??For someone who "hrrrmpph. (stomp stomp) I'M LEAVING!!", you sure do hang around alot. I suspected this all along.
And FYI..if you do your research..in any STATE in the US....if your job TRULY fails to notify you of any insurance information..by LAW they have to make good on the insurance...do your research. I don't believe you.

I was called a "butt kisser" too when I was dealing with Julie and all her playmates. And, OUR tax dollars DO support her, and her lazy husband!
angela ~ I wasn't going to start posting again here but bringing my DH is just beyond low. We are getting medicaid because my husband's work failed to tell him that you could only enroll for medical insurance during a one month period. My DH wanted to apply two weeks after the enrollment ended. Don't you dare evena ccuse my DH of being lazy! He works 12 hours a day 5 days a week! Yeah, I'm very defensive when you bring my DH into things because he ahs nothing to do with this!!

Hi everyone! :-)
Hubby and I had a blast on our date last night. We saw 50 First Dates, wne to Chi Chi's and then to an "adult" store. ;-) We got home at midnight. We have not done that kind of thing in YEARS! It was real nice. And what a gentleman, he even opened the door for me everytime we got to the van. Awww...
Misty~ I think your idea is a great one. To answer your question, our favorite vacation spot would have to be
anyplace empty, warm, and cheap! ;-)
Chris~ I'm glad you're sticking around! :-) It takes a person with a strong backbone to be able to tolerate Cherokee and Angela.
Anyone who does not agree with them is accused of being me. That's not such a terrible thing. ;-)
I have decided not to waste my time with them and debating. Not with the kind of negativity they have. I'll save my efforts for people who are interesting and kind.
Shawanda~ I didn't mean to say all of the posters don't like me if I did. I know there are plenty here who like my posts just as I like theirs. I'm glad to see you keep your likes and dislikes your very own, and don't go by what others say. It's so refreshing to be able to respond to maturity.
:-)
I haven't seen Passion. But, I want to.
Jennyg~ You gave some excellent advice. :-)

DD was spending the night at abuela's. 24 hour shifts can be hell on a marriage/relationship (we weren't married yet). The other guys in the station were asleep in their quarters, at about 1am...it was a quiet nite not too many calls..thank GOD that would have been a tough one to explain...and DH came down to the station and that was that. No body was any the wiser. I just changed the sheets on stretcher (sorry if TMI) and that was that. Good thing no one here who is spiteful knows my real name....LOL!

Geez...EVERYONE has been PISSY with EVERYONE in one form or another on this board...EVERYONE!! Just because you (insert who ever that pertains to HERE)aren't involved in the current debate doesn't mean that you can state your "superiority" and how "beneath" you these debates, arguements, namecalling, whatever, is. It makes me laugh when I see people say this...they forget, I guess, the "tiffs" they got into at one time or another. VERY stuck on themselves I would say.

Peace and Blessings,
I just discovered this board today and I'm not quite sure what to make of it. After having read a couple days post to familiarize myself with things, it seems like a war zone. I have a question though: If this one person is causing a problem and is doing all of these things, why not just ignore her? It seems to me that the negative attention is what fuels this person, so responding actually encourages the madness.
In my experience with online forums, there is always someone who is willing to post outrageous things just for the attention that it attracts. For this type of person, negative attention is still attention. By returning the insults or even calling attention to the behavior, you are allowing one simple minded person to be the moderator of this board by in effect controlling the conversations.
I would love to participate here, and I haven't read enough to discern if this is just a rough patch or the norm for this group. I enjoy the exchange of ideas and I respect the opinions of others even if I think they are ridiculous. I think that personal attacks are counterproductive and they only serve to make everyone involved look bad. I guess I'll come back and visit again, to see if the climate changes and hopefully it will at which point, I will feel comfortable sharing with you all.
Respect,
Tina

Riley~Yes, I know. I can "get in the scrum" with the best of them. And, if you remember, "back in the day" we all moved on with no real animosity. Right? Now, with that said, my "dislike" for you (which you perceive, it is not really a personal dislike) stems from a post you made a few weeks ago. I am not going to go back and find it, but it was something like this...We had been dealing with our resident pyscho, and a person posting had mentioned that they could not get into the archives to read what we were talking about. You posted, after weeks of not being seen, something to the affect of it being too immature for viewing. That was it...no opinion on the topic or anything...just a snotty remark. THAT is my "vent" today.
The problems on this board with hostility, nastiness, etc. did not start with you, me, Cherokee, or really anybody here except for ONE person,(and her imaginary friends). Saraj. My beef is with people who are just SO "disgusted" with the atmosphere of this board, yet they READ it! Then pop up, to criticize those of us still actually post on a regular basis here, instead of doing anything about it. Like~contacting Iparenting to get rid of the root of the problem. They got back in contact with Cherokee, and it is not as easy to get rid of a stalking, threatening, sociopath, as we would like it to be.
I choose NOT to ignore her...I'll call her on her B.S. everytime. If other people choose to ignore, and don't want to post, that is fine too. But don't sit in anonymity READING everything, and only pop in to make snotty, condescending remarks.
Did I make what I meant any clearer? Yes? No? Probably not! I tried!
angela

Can you FEEL the Love on this board? LOL
Ok.. I'll go away now..
Liisa
Thursday, February 19, 2004 at 15:27:04 (EST)
Angela- You were apart of as many arguements in the past as I was. In fact you always put in your opinions as well. The differance is we all DEBATED the topics. I never stuped as low as some of your current posters have.
I am still willing to debated the questions. Why is it that me stating my opinion in an open forum like this one, is so terrible. What have I done that makes you dislike me so much, without you even really knowing me?
Riley's Mom
Thursday, February 19, 2004 at 15:20:03 (EST)

I am sorry that I only add when I have something to say.
And do not compare me to certain others on the board. I have never named called. I only state my opinions on things. And If I am correct that is what this board is for. I will continue to add my opinion when I believe that I have something to add. But to just respond out of anger isn't what I like to do.

Ellie~~I'm a native Minnesotan~born and raised!
Traci~When I got the baby dressed, she had bits of a Velveeta Cheese slice down the front of her onesie too! My son is forever getting into the cheese slices. My two littles are SO going to be partners in crime! The baby skoodle-bugs after our two year old all the time...wherever he goes, she goes. I do believe as they get older he will be able to talk her into just about anything...Scary.
OOPS~I've talking "off-topic" Am I going to get in trouble?
Finally, I need to vent. For those who don't like hostile vibes~~turn away!
You know~these people who come on here and complain about how the board is so hostile, so unfriendly, etc. piss me off. "Back in the Day" there used to be some HEATED debates on this board, but people at the end of the day went about their business, no harm, no foul, no hurt feelings. Riley's Mom is a good one for coming here, spouting off about how immature we all are, then diving under wraps again. SHE used to be NOTORIOUS for starting mess! Also, every now and then some goof ball would come on and spout something stupid, but they never stuck around. The REAL problems here with the hostility, different names, personal attacks, etc. got really bad at Christmas time when Saraj started posting. She is a psycho, so~if those sitting on their pedestals atop Mount Self Righteous have such an issue with the vibes coming off this board, email IParenting, like some of US did, and get rid of the root cause of the problem. Saraj, and her imaginary friends. Also, for you hypocrites who complain about how this board "used" to be such and such, you realize that even though you may not post here very often, you are still READING the posts. That is just as bad! To lurk around reading all of the confrontational matter, then to complain about how immature some of us are, is just hypocritical.

Good question, Misty. I love to go walleye fishing in northern Minnesota. We haven't been since before our daughter was born. It's an overnight trip getting there, and the lake is just not cut out for kids. Maybe when she's a little older we'll get back there again.

Angela- That is so funny that he ate all that mustard. YUCK!! I bet he is gonna have a stinky diaper! My kids drive me crazy..lol!Uh oh am I gonna get in trouble for using that?????LOL
Maybe Julie is back. I think she is. Someone here sounds just like her!
Cherokee- I hate when people blow smoke on me too.Even when I was a smoker I didn't like it.I think it's rude. It really bothers me when people would come up to me and my brand new baby with a cigarette in their hands..UGH! I would tell them I didn't like them around smoke and walk away. I would NEVER do that to someone else.Sometimes I want to yell at people who are driving and smoking with their kids in the car! Might as well, give them one!

To anyone who was offended, I'm sorry too.
My favorite place to vacation would be Alaska. It is also where my husband and I plan to retire.

yes Ellie I did notice that. She also has told Angela to butt out as well...I noticed saraj hasn't been on the boards...but my guess is....she will "appear" and post something that has absolutely NOTHING to do what has just occurred here, then "discover" it after a few posts, and post siding with "chris". That is her usual MO. So transparent...It would be funny if it weren't so...unhealthy.

Ladies I have an idea. Actually I stole the idea from another board. How about the first "poster " everyday comes up with a question of the day. That way when iParenting gets a little busy we can talk about something else. And hopefully keep newbees from posting hate mail.
(Side note - Cherokee, really, F*** is just stuping to her/his level. you know what your capable of.)
I'll go first.
QOTD - Where is your favorite vacation spot? Before I had my daughter I would have said Las Vegas. I love Vegas. Since Audrey, I guess my DH and I will have to find a family friendly vacation spot.

It's interesting, too, that "Chris" took issue with angela piping up when she hadn't been addressed. A few weeks ago, saraj told Jenny to stay out of a thread.

Ellie~I was called a "butt kisser" too when I was dealing with Julie and all her playmates. And, OUR tax dollars DO support her, and her lazy husband! So, it IS MY business how much time SHE spends online~~My taxes (and yours) pay for it. UGH. I'm still disturbed about a person who actually KEEPS TRACK of how many times another one posts. Who does that? Stalkers....maybe?

Cherokee -
Yes, I've encountered saraj. Remember? I was the wishy-washy butt-kisser for thanking Liisa for her efforts at trying to calm down the board. As much as she insists that she doesn't post under any other name, there are posts that sound remarkably like hers. And very often, those are the posts that really raise the roof here. It makes me wonder if she's posting stuff intended to cause a furor.

LOL! Like I said, "Chris"..I'd be happy for you to come to my house and show you how a real woman takes care of "bidness"...granted I drink 3 cups of coffee in the am...in your case you may want to try six cups LOL....
I remember saraj commented on our LMAO's and LOL's too...hmmmm...and everytime she loses footing..these "people" pop up....

I know my string was not pulled, but I'm on my lunch hour. Really Chris, what do YOU do all day? And, I really was asking why you care what Cherokee does all day? Are you paying her bills? Do you wish you were? Sheesh. Oh~and Do you celebrate Valentine's Day? If so, how?

Ellie~ you know this saraj right? Her dh's name is Chris.
She also says the same things..insinuating that we are all puppets of each other etc...
She also used the phrase..."yes....I spend *waaaaayyyyyy* too much time on the internet"..it's her.

Why can angela only respond to you if her "string" has been pulled? Does that mean only those who are specifically addressed may respond to posts here?
Ellie
Thursday, February 19, 2004 at 12:43:38 (EST)
Angela~yup, I know who it is - the same person who said that stuff about my baby, the same person I always argue with..it's "her"....noticed she never responded to what I confronted her with.
And..."a crush on me"....EWWWW! Ok...gonna run now...have fun counting my posts Chris..I'll try to sneak a few more in there to keep you busy LMAO LMAO LMAO..Freak.

Angela - no one pulled your string.
Cherokee, my only point was I don't see why some people spend so much time on the internet arguing and small taking with people they don't know, when they probably have better things to do with their time. Waking up your child is just another stupid comment from you.
In my opinion, there is no way several of you "ladies" can do all this wonderful things you claim you do when you spend waaayyyyyyyyyy too much time on the internet.
Hurry up, refresh, I know you need to post 3 times in a row.

SH..."spikey object"...that was good. I'll have to remember that one...LMAO!
FYI for the doubting Thomas (Chris)..I do plenty with my kids..not that it is any of "her" business..the green eyed monster makes people say many things...when it hits 70F here I am packing ESAI up in the stroller and Maddi and I are walking up to the video store and then to ice cream shop...she only missed one on her spelling test this week, so she gets a video from the store. Our weather has been very warm between 78-82F the last few days.

Yes..Chris please tell us what do you do..Please tell us!
Everyone uses those codes on the internet. Deal with it. It's funny. (Maybe not to you..I doubt you have a sense of humor at all LOL)
I do play with my kids...shall I wake my 1 year old from his am nap to satisfy you, and your fanatical opinions. Jealous jealous jealous girl.

CHRIS: What kind of spikey object crawled up your a$$? I'm not a regular poster here really, but I do come here occasionally, and I don't care what people post about. The topics are left on here for WEEKS on end, and when everyone has commented on the topic, what's the harm in making friends and "chit-chatting" with them. Just b/c you don't come here often, doesn't mean that other's can't, and it's none of your business what other people spend their days doing.
If you don't want to chat and make some friends, then post your response to the question and leave.

Oh~For goodness sake! WHY do you care how often Cherokee posts here? And what kind of pathetic person would sit and COUNT how many posts she puts here? Do you have a crush on her?
The topic is Valentines Day, which really, how much can a person talk about Valentines Day? BTW~You did not answer the question! If you are so concerned about the way we digress on this forum, contact iparenting and have them change the topic more often. Are you our new moderator? Why do you care if people "chat" back and forth here~are you that regimented about the Website "rules?"
Who are YOU to presume our husbands, children, homes are not taken care of? What standard do you judge us by? Yours? Puleez, and NO THANK YOU. BTW~you never told us what YOU do all day. I guess we know you lurk around websites in the wee hours counting Cherokee's posts. Shouldn't you be "taking care of your husband?"

I realize it is hard for those who feel like failures as wives and mothers to understand how some of us can be on the internet and keep our households in order. You people really chap my hide.
Hey Chris..maybe ya should head over to my house, so I can try you in how a real wife/mother/partne is supposed to behave and manage her time. Maybe you miss that in your wife? Of if you aren't Saraj's DH...maybe you are just....jealous? I could show you how, seriously, to manage your time so you can have your "me" time fulfilled and enjoy chatting with other women like yourself. It's quite fulfilling...You see...I DO spend so much time in my home doing so much for my family and DH, that this site is a welcome outlet that includes grown up issues and debates, some cattiness = true, but that goes with the territory. We are women, after all LOL. Playing the martyr by "only when EVERYTHING is done and LATE at night when no one is around.." kind of business only sets you up to feel more like a failure. Seriously.
Uh-oh...I've posted 3 times in the last 20 minutes...better be on the look out for internet police who might "bust" me..for pete's sake...ROFLMAO

Isn't Chris Saraj's husband's name..isn't THAT interesting.
You are a very judgemental "girl" Chris...again..my house is spotless..sorry you aren't able to manage your time as well as I am, apparently you aren't able to balance, time for you, your children, and housework the way I am. I have a lot of experience and have been doing it for 21 years though. WTF do you care, how I spend my time, when children are occupied, house is clean, etc...do you realize how STUPID you look right now. Choose your battles my dear..

Cherokee: I did read the board and I see what you "say" you do but in the past 24 hours you have posted 36 times. At least once an hour, sometimes 2 sometimes 3 times an hour. How can you say that you are doing all these other things?
I wasn't looking for an arguement, I just think there are alot of you here who have nothing valuable in your life to do other than make up stuff to write about on this board. I visit this board maybe twice a week and I admit I'll spend a while catching up on all the posts and diaries, but it's either on my lunch hour or late at night when all the other things that are really important to me are taking care of.
I thought this was a board to discuss the topic listed. If you want to spend your life away by writing all day long to "imaginary" friends there are other boards on this website for chit chat. I would like this board to be used for what it was intended.

You know, the more I share the more I see in print about me, my family and people I know. It's kind of interesting...Like, how myself and my other two girl cousins (we are the only girls in our family..a total of three on both maternal and paternal sides)have all been in high risk typically male dominated jobs...I already mentioned my cousin, Lynette, and Sherie, my other cousin...is a new-construction building inspector, and I was a firefighter. What does that say about all of us? Do you think we all have "penis envy" LMAO..YIKES!

Angela~ That is so funny! You know, my DH NEVER set foot on a ship. He was always at some naval installation...building "stuff" and roads, as he put it.
I have a cousin (my family is very big on military...except for my brothers, they wanted nothing to do with it)who was a refrigeration specialist in the Navy. She was the only female refrigeration specialist in her unit. She took a lot of crap too. But she could...she is 5'11" wide shouldered and about 170 lbs. She wasn't fat either...she lifted weights, and I can tell ya...I'd never mouth off to her LMAO! :0) She also did women's boxing. One tough chick. My aunt was a weirdo and her kids grew up alone mostly, they are all pretty tough. She spent her whole enlistment on a ship.

Cherokee~I DID NOT know that your dh was a SeeBee! "We build, we fight....Hooyaa!" I did not know where Upper Heyford was either, but Ellie anwered that one. JMF St. Mawgan is in VERY the Southwestern part of England. You could see the ocean from our upstairs landing window, and we went to the beach in Mawgan Porth as often as possible during the summer (all three days of it=0) My husband was an OTA, then cross rated to an STG. He says in layman's terms he is a Submarine Chaser. He also has his Wings. The Navy was a wonderful life for us~My niece was just stationed aboard the USS Ronald Reagan in September, thanks in no small part to Jake's encouragement. She works on the Flight Deck, and "loves the smell of jet fuel in the morning." A "girlie-girl" she is not, and she picks the most dangerous job in the Navy to do. She's an adreniline(sp?) junkie though, and the flight deck is a good match for her.

Cherokee --
Upper Heyford is in Oxfordshire. There's an RAF base there. I think they consider that the south eastern part of England.
My husband wasn't in the military at all, but my grandfather was a SeeBee in WW 2. He was a machinist, and at 92 he still believes he was in the best branch of the service!
